Click any lead to view:

• Personal details

You can:

• Edit their details

• Change status

• Add a note (if available)

• Delete the lead

Deleting a lead removes the lead and their conversation thread permanently.

Duplicates

Texto automatically checks for duplicates using phone numbers.

If a duplicate is found:

• The new entry may be suppressed

• AI will message only the primary record

Duplicate is labeled or ignored depending on the system rules
