Onboarding FAQ

Q: Do I need a website?

Yes. Texto analyzes your website URL to understand your business, products, and services.

This helps your AI Agent generate more accurate responses.


Q: Does Texto work without Zapier?

Yes. You can manually upload leads using a CSV file from the Leads page.

Zapier is optional — but recommended for full automation.


Q: Will Texto message leads immediately?

Yes. Once a lead enters the system (via Zapier or CSV upload), Texto will automatically send the initial message, then continue responding to incoming replies in real time.


Q: Can I skip onboarding and return later?

No.

Onboarding must be completed before accessing the main dashboard.

Settings only allow changes to account details, billing, and verification — not onboarding steps.

Leads can be added later from the Leads page, and Zapier instructions appear in the Agent page.


Q: Can I connect more than one calendar?

Not at this time. Texto currently supports connecting one Google Calendar per workspace.

(Multi-user calendar support may come later depending on feature rollout.)
