Accessing Workspace Settings

  1. Click on your profile icon

  2. Select Settings

  3. All configuration pages appear in a left-hand sidebar ​

Account Settings

This is where you update your profile, company information, and active hours.

Profile Information

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email (locked for security) ​ ​

These fields identify the user currently logged in.

Company Information

  • Company logo (upload/change)

  • Company name

  • Timezone

  • Active business days & hours (e.g., Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM) ​

These details help Texto personalize your AI behavior and schedule appointments accurately (if calendar is connected).

Billing

The Billing page shows:

  • Your current plan

  • Subscription status

  • Next renewal or cancellation date

  • Invoice history (download as PDF)

  • “Upgrade Plan” option

You can update billing and manage your subscription from here. ​

Team & Users

If your plan supports multiple users, you can:

  • Invite new members

  • Assign roles (Admin or Agent)

  • Resend invitations

  • Remove users ​ ​

Roles Overview

  • Admin: Full access, including billing and integrations

  • Agent: Access to Inbox, Leads, and basic settings ​

Verifications

This section handles SMS Brand & Compliance Verification.

Business & Brand Registration

Fields include:

  • Business Name

  • Country

  • Address

  • City

  • Postal Code

  • Business Contact Email

  • Phone Number

  • Website URL ​ ​

After completing the form, click Submit for verification.

SMS Consent Collection

You must upload a screenshot showing your opt-in language. This is required for SMS compliance. ​

5. Workspace Menu

The workspace switcher (bottom-left) lets you:

  • Switch to another workspace

  • View the email currently logged in

  • Open Settings

  • Upgrade plan

  • Log out ​
