Step 1 — Lead enters Texto

Added via CSV, Zapier, or manually → AI sends initial message. ​

Step 2 — Lead replies

AI reads the message, identifies intent, and responds. ​

Step 3 — AI continues the conversation

AI answers questions and may ask for additional details to understand the lead more clearly. ​

Step 4 — Human takeover (optional)

You can manually jump into any conversation through the Inbox. ​

Step 5 — AI resumes (optional)

Once done, you can re-enable AI if you want it to continue.

Human Takeover & AI Control

You can:

  • Pause AI for a specific conversation

  • Reply manually

  • Let AI continue afterward

This gives full flexibility without disrupting the workflow.


AI Safety & Guardrails

Texto AI will never:

  • Make false claims

  • Provide legal/medical/financial advice

  • Use disrespectful or aggressive language

  • Invent information not present on your website or onboarding details

  • Answer outside your industry or scope of service
