• Ask for missing details (name, location, etc. if needed) ​

✔ Escalates to a human when needed

You can step in at any time from the Inbox.

What the AI Does NOT Do

❌ No follow-up feature yet (AI will not re-message silent leads)

❌ No email or WhatsApp messaging

❌ No automated re-engagement

❌ No multi-channel workflows

❌ No outbound outreach beyond the first message
