Troubleshooting Onboarding

Login email not received

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder

  • Search your inbox for “Texto Login”

  • Make sure the email you entered is correct

  • Resend the login link

  • Wait up to 2 minutes and check again — email delivery can sometimes be delayed

  • Contact support if the issue persists

CSV won’t upload

If your CSV isn’t uploading, check the following:

✔ Use only the required columns

Your CSV should include these four columns only:

  • first_name

  • last_name

  • phone

  • query ​

(These must be the header names.)

✔ Use a clean CSV file

Make sure your file:

  • Has no blank rows

  • Has no empty header names

  • Uses simple text only (no emojis, icons, or special characters)

  • Is saved as a .csv file (most spreadsheet tools do this automatically) ​

✔ Ensure phone numbers are valid

Format should be:

  • Full phone number

  • Without spaces or symbols

  • Country code included (based on user selection during onboarding) ​Example: +15551234567

If it still doesn’t upload

  • Try re-saving the CSV

  • Upload again

  • Contact support if the issue continues

Zapier not sending leads

  • Trigger not firing

  • Wrong field mapping

  • Expired Zapier authentication

Google Calendar not connecting

  • Permissions were denied

  • Wrong Google account

  • Reconnect integration ​

AI not responding

  • No valid phone number

  • Missing channel

  • Incorrect lead format
