Zapier allows you to send leads from any tool into Texto.

_{Step-by-Step Setup}

1. Click “Zapier” in the Integrations section

This opens Texto’s step-by-step Zapier onboarding guide.

2. Select “Get Started”

You’ll be taken to Zapier’s setup screen where the connection process begins.

Zapier will guide you through:

• Creating a new Zap

• Searching for “Texto”

• Selecting the action Create Lead

This step tells Zapier to send new leads directly into your Texto workspace.

^{_{4. Authorize your Texto Account}}

Zapier will open a login popup:

• Sign in to Texto (Google / Meta / Email magic link)

• Click Authorize to confirm the connection

Once authorized, Zapier can securely pass lead data into Texto.

^{_{5. Map Your Fields & Test Your Zap}}

In Zapier, map your lead data to Texto fields:

• First name

• Last name

• Phone number

• Query/message

• Then run the test.

If the test succeeds → publish your Zap. ​

Once published, every new lead from your trigger app will flow directly into Texto and instantly trigger your AI Agent.
