Does Texto handle follow-ups and re-engagement?

Texto currently sends one initial message as soon as a lead enters the system, and then it only replies when the lead responds.

At the moment, Texto does not send follow-ups, does not re-engage silent leads, and does not automatically message cold leads again later.

Here’s how it works today:

• Sends an instant first message when a new lead is received

• Responds immediately to every incoming message

• Keeps the conversation active as long as the lead continues replying

✖ What Texto does not do yet

• No automated follow-up sequences

• No re-engagement messages for silent or cold leads

• No appointment reminders

• No missed-call recovery texts
