Fix

  • Reconnect Texto inside Zapier

  • Refresh your connection token

  • Recreate the Zap if needed


B. Trigger not firing

Fix

  • Test the form or CRM event

  • Check Zapier history

  • Ensure the trigger app supports instant updates ​ ​

C. Field mapping incorrect

Fix

  • Ensure Zapier fields match: ​

    • first_name

    • last_name

    • phone

  • Remove blank spaces in header names
