Manage Billing

Navigate to:
Settings → Billing
Here you will see:
1. Current Subscription Status
Example:
Cancelled (shows cancellation date)
2. Invoice History
A table showing:
3. Manage Subscription
Includes:
Usage-related messaging if applicable
Updating Your Payment Method
To add or update your card:
Click Update Payment Method (appears when applicable)
Changes apply immediately
Accepted payment types typically include:
Other major debit/credit cards
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
To change your subscription:
Upgrades → Applied immediately (prorated if needed)
Downgrades → Applied at the next billing cycle
Invoices & Receipts
You can download invoices directly inside the Billing page.
Each invoice shows:
Full invoice details (PDF)
Invoices remain stored in your workspace history.
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
To cancel:
Click Cancel Subscription
After cancellation:
Your workspace remains active until the end of your billing cycle
No future charges will occur
You can still download past invoices
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Texto will:
Retry the payment automatically
Display a warning inside the Billing page
Common causes:
Fix: Update your card inside Settings → Billing.
