Quick Start Guide: 3-Minute Setup

A simple, beginner-friendly step-by-step.

Step 2 — Complete Your Business Profile

You’ll fill in:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Business website

  • Phone number (choose your country manually)

Texto analyzes your website and prepares your AI agent.

Step 3 — Import Leads

Choose one method:

Option A — Upload CSV (During Onboarding)

A simple CSV file with:

  • first_name

  • last_name

  • phone

  • query (optional but recommended)

  • Upload → Map fields → Confirm.

Option B — Connect Zapier (Live Lead Capture)

Inside Zapier:

  • Choose your lead source (e.g., Typeform, FB Lead Ads)

  • Add Texto → Create Lead as the action

  • Map fields

  • test → turn ON

No setup required inside Texto — just make sure you're logged in.

Step 4 — Texto Starts Messaging

Once leads enter:

  • Texto sends the first message

  • AI responds to all incoming replies

  • Conversations appear in the Inbox

Step 5 — Track Everything in the Dashboard

Monitor:

  • Lead activity

  • Conversations

  • AI performance

  • Appointment bookings
