Dashboard Overview

The Texto Dashboard is your main command center.

This is where you monitor lead activity, AI conversations, and overall performance.

The Dashboard helps you:

✔ See how many leads you’re generating

✔ Track AI messaging performance

✔ Monitor replies and conversions

✔ Measure appointment bookings

✔ Review activity by source (Zapier, CSV, etc.)

✔ Quickly identify issues ​ ​

Sections of the Dashboard

1. Leads Summary

Shows the number of leads added within the selected date range

(7 days, 30 days, etc.)

From the screenshot, this includes:

  • Total leads

  • Comparison vs previous period

  • Growth indicator (“+4.2%”) ​

2. Appointments Booked

If Google Calendar is connected, you’ll see:

  • Number of appointments booked

  • Change vs previous period

  • Trends over time

If Calendar is NOT connected, this widget may not display appointment data.

3. Active Conversations

Shows how many leads are currently being messaged by Texto’s AI or by your team.

Includes:

  • Number of ongoing conversations

  • Trend line

  • % increase/decrease from previous period ​

4. Performance Overview (Graph)

A multi-line chart that displays your performance trends over time.

The graph shows:

  • Active Conversations (red line)

  • Appointments Booked (blue line)

  • Leads (green line) ​

Hovering over the graph displays exact values for any date.

5. Conversion Rate Panel

Breaks down how leads are progressing through your funnel, including:

  • % who replied

  • % who showed interest

  • % who booked (if calendar integrated)

  • % who closed (if applicable) ​

This helps you see where leads are converting and where they may be dropping off.

6. Recent Conversations Table

A live list of your most recent lead conversations.

Each row displays:

  • Lead name

  • Phone number

  • Last message

  • Conversation count

  • Status (Active, Paused, Completed, etc.)

You can:

  • Filter conversations

  • Search by name or number

  • View conversation history
