A. Dashboard not updating

Causes:

  • Cached browser

  • Slow network

  • Sync delay with integration ​

Fix:

  • Refresh page

  • Clear browser cache

  • Reconnect integration ​

B. Missing leads in dashboard

Causes:

  • Zapier misconfigured

  • CSV mapping error

  • Duplicate detection

  • Invalid phone numbers ​

Fix:

  • Check Zapier task history

  • Re-upload CSV

  • Check duplicate suppression ​

C. Appointment data missing

Causes:

  • Calendar disconnected

  • Wrong calendar selected

  • Permissions not granted ​

Fix:

  • Reconnect Google Calendar

  • Refresh AI settings ​

D. AI metrics showing “0”

Causes:

  • No new conversations

  • Wrong date range

  • AI disabled on a contact ​

Fix:

  • Extend date range

  • Check contact conversation thread
