Lead Import Issues

A. CSV upload not working (Onboarding or Leads page)

Causes

  • Missing required columns

  • Incorrect headers

  • Invalid phone number format

  • CSV saved incorrectly

Required columns

  1. first_name

  2. last_name

  3. phone

  4. query

Fix

  • Save file as CSV

  • Ensure all headers match exactly

  • Phone numbers must include country code

  • Remove blank rows or emojis ​ ​

B. Leads missing after import

Causes

  • Duplicate suppression

  • Incorrect mapping

  • Failed rows

Fix

  • Recheck mapping

  • Re-upload missing rows

  • Ensure phone numbers are unique ​

C. Zapier leads not showing

Fix

  • Check Zapier Task History

  • Make sure your Zap is ON

  • Remap required fields (especially phone & query)

  • Reconnect Texto inside Zapier
