Troubleshooting Settings

A. Cannot save changes

  • A required field is missing ​ Fix: Fill all required items, then click Save Changes. ​

B. Invite email not received

  • Email was filtered ​ Fix: Ask the user to check spam or whitelist Texto. ​

C. Calendar issues

(If Google Calendar is part of their plan)

  • Wrong Google account

  • Permissions denied ​ Fix: Disconnect → reconnect with proper permissions. ​

D. Billing issues

  • Card expired or payment failed ​ Fix: Update card under Billing. ​

E. Verification pending too long

  • Missing opt-in screenshot

  • Incomplete business fields ​ Fix: Upload screenshot + complete all required fields.
