• Edit fields manually

• Confirm Zapier mapping

• Correct CSV headers ​

B. Duplicate contacts

Fix

• Ensure duplicate suppression is enabled

• Review Zapier triggers (avoid re-sending same lead) ​

C. Missing query/message

Fix

• Ensure your form sends the field

• Add “Query” to Zapier mapping
