A. Not receiving the login email (Magic Link)

Common causes

  • Email landed in Spam/Promotions

  • Wrong email entered

  • Email delivery delay (can take up to 1–2 minutes)

  • Rate-limited from too many attempts

Fixes

  • Check Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders

  • Search your inbox for “Texto Login”

  • Resend the link

  • Give it a minute and check again

  • Add @trytexto.com to your email allowlist ​

B. Login link expired

Magic links expire quickly for security.

Fix: Request a fresh link and log in right away.

C. Cannot access workspace

Causes

  • You’re not a member of the workspace

  • Workspace subscription expired

Fix

  • Ask the workspace admin to re-invite you

  • Check Billing status

Contact support if the workspace may be disabled
